FlexiCancel is offered by leading property management and vacation rental companies throughout North America, including Aspen Snowmass Rentals By Owner. It allows you to book vacation homes in your favorite destinations with confidence and flexibility.

You can find thousands of homes and condos across North America that offer FlexiCancel. The protection is not travel insurance, and there is no extra cost to book a home that provides FlexiCancel protection.

How FlexiCancel Works

Book in advance for the best selection. Secure your vacation getaway home with a modest 25% deposit.
Make your final payment 35 days before your trip.
Cancel for any reason up to 3 days before your travel date and receive a full refund, less a small processing fee (5% of the total reservation amount).

All of this is included in the cost of your reservation.

To receive FlexiCancel protection, select a property that offers FlexiCancel and review your rental agreement to understand all terms and conditions, as they may vary from property to property. The terms and conditions of your rental agreement supersede any other terms displayed.

FlexiCancel policies do not apply to reservations of greater than 180 days or for more than $25,000 USD.
